Monthly Training  $150/month


Training schedules are provided to you in two week blocks, detailing what workouts are to be done on each day and what those workouts consist of.  Use power meter training on the bike if applicable, otherwise HR based training for all disciplines.  Adjusting of schedules is included for all the reasons that typically come up (travel, sickness,etc).


Personal Training  $50/hour one on one

These can be general strength training or on specific weaknesses

LT testing on bike and/or run $65 each

Used to set your heart rate training zones.  May also use to test progress along the way.
